Brief Company History & Information

LLF Solutions Ltd was formed in April 2002 by Lee Fleming the current Managing Director. 

The Company formation was in response to an investigation as to the need for a flexible and professional resource to support companies in achieving ‘Goals’ and ‘Targets’ on time and efficiently within the areas of Engineering and Manufacturing.

It was concluded that many Companies, large or small, all have ‘Challenges’ and the need to complete important strategic tasks to help ensure business success. Additional permanent resources are a luxury in many businesses as we all strive to be ‘Lean, efficient and competitive’ in the modern market place. Permanent solutions often have additional and ongoing costs that become a burden to the company’s overheads and profitability unless there is a justifiable regular and consistent need for the particular solution.
